Trying to keep life from falling apart, trying to become a person to be proud of.
About Me
29 yr old female trying to keep it together. I call my financial life a work in progress because though I have always had frugal inclinations I only recently started on an informal financial education with an end goal to make my money work for me! Of course I can be weak. Thai food, traveling, self-justification and laziness eat away at my savings. But I am getting there. I think. I used to be very jealous of the Jones' but now realize that they are broke and stressed so I prefer my own progress and accomplishments. My life may not be flashy but I have seen the consequences of a high-end lifestyle. I count myself lucky to be alive and aware in these economic times because I have learned so much and believe that in the long run I will come out farther ahead from a little suffering now. As long as I am not regressing, then I am pleased.
Fun fact to help navigate my posts: BB = Baseball Boy. My husband.

That is truly one of the most beautiful bouquets I've seen!
And your dress... wow. Love it. Is the sash a contrasting color? My DD wore a dress w/ a sash of a different color and it was gorgeous... and different.
yes the sash is a champagne/pinky color...and I love my whole wedding! I wish I could do it every year! But actually kind of glad its only once in a lifetime...hopefully.
Love the detail involved.. the strawberry tuxes, the window blind, the effort put into putting the bouquet together..... PERFECT !!! :-)
On a silly note, given us mens's evolutionary gift of judging female beauty based on the slimest of hints.... my money is on you having looked absolutely delectable !!
Oh how beautiful. I was hoping we would get a look at your wedding. I'm so glad you can look back and be thrilled with your wedding. Feel free to post any more pictures you want to. We all love looking at happy events.
Beautiful pictures! When we got married, I spent the most money on flowers and photography. I wanted the BEST of those things. I shopped around like crazy and I'm so glad that I did. I love my pictures, too... still! It's 19 years and four kids later!
